Automakers continue to push the envelope to deliver forward-thinking, safer, more efficient, more stylish vehicles. So what does Cadillac have up its sleeve? Here’s what you can expect from the future of Cadillac:
New Cadillac Crossovers.
Crossovers continue to dominate roadways as more Americans opt for their efficiency, convenience, and versatility. Cadillac has two new crossovers that will meet the driver demand. First, the Cadillac XT4 debuts this fall; this model is a compact crossover, perfect for drivers looking for the power and interior space of a crossover but with the fuel economy of a smaller vehicle. The Cadillac XT6 will arrive next year, though Cadillac has not named a specific date. Quite the opposite of the XT4, the XT6 is a three-row crossover, slated right above the XT5 and below the Escalade.
New Cadillac Cars.
On the car front, Cadillac will be unveiling several new models. These include the CT4 rear-wheel-drive car (slated for 2020), the CT5 inspired by the Escala (slated for 2020), a new luxury flagship (slated for 2022), a Corvette cousin with Cadillac branding (no arrival date), and several electric vehicles.
Cadillac will also be redesigning the Escalade for 2020. It will also refresh the XT5 for 2020.
