It wasn’t long ago that AutoPacific announced the winners of the 2016 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards. The awards measure how satisfied owners are with their new vehicles. With more than 65,000 owners surveyed, the results are in and, unsurprisingly, the 2016 Cadillac Escalade took home top honors.
Earning a score of 810, the Cadillac Escalade was the most satisfying vehicle overall according to owners. That score tops the Escalade’s previous score, effectively earning the luxury SUV the President’s Award as well.
“The new Escalade continues to set new standards for sophistication in its market segment, and having its product substance recognized by customers is the highest form of praise,” said Johan de Nysschen, President of Cadillac. “There are no more valuable opinions than those of our owners who drive Cadillacs every day.”
In total, the Cadillac brand came in second as the most satisfying luxury brand overall.
This isn’t the 2016 Cadillac Escalade’s first award. The SUV also took home other prestigious awards, like Best Luxury Large SUV for Families by U.S. News & World Report and 2016 Consumer Guide Best Buy. The Escalade also took home the Reader’s Choice Award, Best Luxury SUV by AutoGuide.com
Here at Crest Cadillac, we’re proud to see the Escalade continue to set the bar for the luxury SUV segment!
